NO! Although we are always here to help, you won’t need it!  after a 5-10 minute initial setup to customize all of your saved pitches and callouts, it just works!  Zero maintenance.  Just turn it on!

To be quite honest, we aren’t even certain!  a standard MLB baseball field is a maximum of 380 feet.  We stopped “testing” at 900 feet.  Needless to say, you’ll never have an issue!  

Along with our advanced technology, we have implemented a state of the art encryption code in each watch.  Each watch can pair to the command center with the click of a button for 100% privacy.

oh gosh no!  Although there are a few companies out there that offers it, it is disastrous and not necessary.  Our system will work in the dark of night, the sahara desert, or the middle of the ocean as long as the command center and player watch is within reach of each other.

Well, we don’t!  there isn’t a system on the market likes ours.  We don’t require decoding a keypad, memorizing numbers, or a monthly bill to enjoy an app on your phone.  None of that is necessary.   

That is all subjective to how often you are sending signals.  The Coaches Command Center should last between 7-10 Hours of use, and each Player Receiver watch should last from 5-10 hours of use.  To extend battery life, make certain to turn them off inbetween games, or even innings when not in use for those days you may have a triple header!

Upon receiving your Coaches command center and watch(s), and fully charging BOTH, turn on both devices.  Each device is encrypted with a pin code.  On the Command Center, swipe left to the 3rd page, which is the Device Manager page.   Enter the Pin code provided by the watch.  RESTART THE WATCH by holding the crown button for 5 seconds.  Your Player watch is now paired.  

The coaches command center has 2 “Game Use” pages, which are accessed by swiping left or right.  The main page is loaded with whatever “Pitches” your pitchers have, along with locations.  All Locations, and 1-9 numbers are customizable for “Quick Calls”.  

On page 2 is your “Callouts” Page.  The callouts page is able to hold 12 “Callouts” or phrases you can preset into your system for quick calls to any device.
