Patriot Glove Company takes pride in our quality and performance of our products, which meet, and often exceed, industry quality and durability. However, all materials are subject to fatigue and possible breakdown over time.
NOTE: Warranty only covers products purchased directly from Patriot Glove Company, and NOT 3rd party retailers.

WARRANTY CLAIM FORMFielding Gloves: 1 Year Limited Warranty
Our fielding gloves are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
This Warranty does NOT cover Normal Wear and Tear. Laces are also NOT covered under our 1 year Warranty.

Batting Gloves: 30 Day Limited Warranty
Our gloves are NOT made to last forever. On that note, our quality and durability is far more than the industry standard. Our warranty is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase. Anything past this date can often (at the discretion of Inspection) result in an offer of a discount on future purchases.
This warranty is based on manufacturer defect only, and NOT wear and tear. Use of pine tar can shorten the lifespan of your gloves significantly.
Not included in our warranty:
- Cosmetic damage caused by normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by accident or improper care and maintenance
- Damage caused by additives such as pine tar, adhesive sprays, chemicals
- Misuse
- Sweat/water damage and damage caused by other extreme environmental conditions
- Damage caused by service or modification made

Bags and Bat Bags: 90 Day Manufacturer Defect Warranty
90 day manufacturer defect warranty. Covers manufacturing defects only. Normal wear and tear, abuse, or damage due to an accident or being dragged are not covered by warranty. Products that have been left set up unattended, overnight, or for extended periods of time in inclement weather are not covered by warranty.
Replace damaged or missing parts immediately. If parts are not available, we will provide like product.
CUSTOM TEAM BAGS:
All sales are final, and replacement of new bags AND shipping are on a case by case basis.
Sliding Mitts: No Warranty
Due to the rugged nature of use in sliding mitts, we do NOT offer warranty plans on sliding mitts. In the extremely rare, or unforeseen circumstances that there is a manufacturers defect in a sliding mitt, you can email with questions.
Bat Grips: No Warranty
Due to the rugged nature of use in Bat Grips, we do NOT offer warranty plans on Bat Grips. In the extremely rare, or unforeseen circumstances that there is a manufacturers defect in a Bat Grip, you can email with questions.
Filing a Warranty Claim
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Any and all shipping to, or from our warranty department are paid by the purchaser, and NOT by Patriot Glove Company. There are no exceptions. Upon receiving your product, they will be fully inspected by our in house team to provide a course of action. If your warranty is denied, you will be responsible for return shipping to you. All warranty claims will contact the customer to take payment for return shipping charges. Under NO circumstances will you receive a new, or repaired product prior to in-house inspection of your returned product.
